Shipping & Returns

Order process 

Most of our items are made to order, so our typical turnaround time can be anywhere from 5—9 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons and holidays, please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch. All orders ship from the West Coast, USA.

Domestic/USA

We typically ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail with tracking included. At checkout, you'll also have the option to upgrade to UPS Next Day Air — rates will vary. 
Please note that while shipping can be expedited, the turnaround time is still 5 – 9 business days. Thank you for understanding.

International

We offer a flat rate of $20 for international shipping. Orders ship via USPS First Class Mail or UPS, depending on the destination. Please note that while this service does not include tracking, you'll receive a customs number with your shipping confirmation. 

If your actual shipping cost ends up being $5 or more below the flat rate, we'll gladly refund you the difference at the time of shipping. 

Returns & Replacements

We hope your Sweet Anthem fragrance brings a little light into your day — and that it feels as enchanting to wear as it was to create. But if something isn't quite right, please write to us at hello@sweetanthem.com, and we'll do our best to make it right. 

  • Due to the nature of our craft, returns and exchanges are not possible.  We encourage trying a sample set first to discover the scents that speak to you.
  • Refunds (if applicable). Should a refund be approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Sale items. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Discounted items are final and non-refundable. 
  • Replacements (if applicable). It doesn't happen often, but every once in a while an item may arrive damaged or defective. We'll be happy to replace it — just send us a note with your order details.
